Once the inquiry is verified for accuracy (this ensures proper communication at the initial stage), a “Rapid Response Activity Card” is issued. The card serves as a catalyst to get the job done correctly and immediately. Upon completion, an “Acknowledgement Card” is delivered to the unit owner.
