ALERT Administrators use IRIS, the Inquiry, Response, & Implementation System, to benefit your association in many ways. ALERT personnel at out central processing center handle requests, tracking, and completion of all unit owner service inquiries and enter the detailed chain of events on to our specially designed computerized maintenance management system.

Unlike most management companies with service departments that employ entry-level personnel, First United Property Management, Inc.’s full service Property Management Department is able to handle any action item. We are proud to have ALERT personnel processing essential information for you.

To facilitate accurate and efficient processing, ALERT personnel respond to your inquiry through the IRIS system. Once the inquiry is verified for accuracy (this ensures proper communication at the initial stage), a “Rapid Response Activity Card” is issued. The card serves as a catalyst to get the job done correctly and immediately. Upon completion, an “Acknowledgement Card” is delivered to the unit owner. Out decentralized systems approach enables First United Property Management, Inc. to handle your association’s situations, even with the total absence of your manager.
